Covid-19

Your health and safety is our utmost concern.

Creech Plumbing's Covid-19 Update 4/5/2021

Plumbing problems, unfortunately, occur both when life is great and when we are dealing with a pandemic. Sewers will stop up, water leaks will occur--it's just the nature of plumbing.

We wanted to assure our customers that their safety is of our utmost concern. Even during this concerning time, we are there for you when you need plumbing help.

We will remain open as usual as long as we are allowed to do so.

We have implemented a strict protocol for all of our employees to follow to help better protect you, your family, and ourselves when we are working on your plumbing;

  • We will wear face covers on EVERY job when working inside homes and around others, unless health issues or high temperatures cause it to be unsafe to wear for our techs, even when the local mask mandates have been lifted and as long as we as a company feel it is safe for our technicians and customers to no longer wear them.

  • We will wash our hands before, during, and after EVERY job.

  • We will clean our trucks and tools after EVERY job.

  • We will clean our work area and everything we touch in your house.

  • We will perform social distancing from our customers with no handshakes and staying about 6 Ft from our customers at all times, and at times may ask you the customer to do the same. But we will always remain friendly, just because we aren't shaking hands doesn't mean we are going to be rude or unprofessional.

  • If an employee starts to feel sick they will be sent home immediately.

Again, your safety is a very high priority for us here at Creech Plumbing, and rest assured that we are here to help you through this time.

And for our safety if you have been sick or in contact with someone who has been sick with Covid-19 or another sickness please let us know before we arrive so we can make sure our techs stay safe. This is VERY important!

Together we can get through this!

Please share this with all your friends and family to let them know we are there for our community when the plumbing gets tough!
